Do you offer returns or exchanges?

Hmmmm... Well, unfortunately, due to the nature of our products, we cannot offer either a refund or an exchange. Please be sure you like your print before ordering!

Why can't you do refunds?

Well, this is a print-on-demand business: no warehouse full of prints, here. That means when you order a print and pay for it, we immediately send the order digitally to our printer in either Canada or the U.S. And they are so darn good at what they do that they sometimes start working on the order that same day. (Don't get excited: no promises. We allow 10 working days to ship, just in case.)

 So we can't refund or exchange a print, because we've already paid our supplier to do the on-demand printing and framing.

How can I preview my art on a wall?

If you want to preview what a print might look like on a sample wall, look for the 'Live Preview' button from our nifty Picture It app below individual product listings: you can place the print image into a pre-set Picture It room mockup or even upload a photo of your own room! Cool, huh?

What happens if a print arrives damaged?

If you do have any issues with damage during shipping, be sure to take a photo and contact the shipper right away. We can't be held responsible for shipping damage but if you need help, email or message Saltwater Vintage & Uncommon Prints within three days of receipt of your order and we'll see if we can assist.

How do I know what size to choose?

Check our Print Sizes page for more infomation. Please double-check the size required for your wall and please make sure you like your print. We can't be responsible for errors in print, frame, or canvas sizing on your order once it has been placed.
